Avril Lavigne arrived at the care center at a very young age and was signed by Arista's records when she turned 16. His dirty pop-rock sound attracted teenagers from all over the world. Childhood and early life
Born in Belleville, Ontario, Avril Ramona Lavigne grew up in the small town of Nappanee, Ontario, Canada.
His French-Canadian parents John and Judy were devout Baptists. She was exposed to music at the age of two through the songs of her mother's church.
Until the age of 12, she was only a singer, but soon began to teach herself guitar and also wrote lines that eventually became songs.
In 1998, Lavigne tested success for the first time, won a singing contest and appeared on stage, as part of her award, alongside Shania Twain in the Canadian capital, Ottawa.
In 1999, she was discovered by Cliff Fabri, who eventually became her first professional manager, while performing at a bookstore in Kingston, Ontario.

In June of 2002, "Let Go", his first album was released and presented in the no. 2 on the US Billboard 200 and peaked on music charts in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
In 2004, he came out with his second album "Under My Skin". He wrote most of the songs with Canadian singer and songwriter Chantal Kreviazuk.
In 2005, he began his first world tour, entitled "Bonez Tour", during which he performed in almost all continents throughout the year.
